Kelly & Dollard is a long established, locally owned electrical store. As an independent operator, it was coming under increasing pressure from larger players in the market, especially foreign multiples.
They asked us to help raise their game in sales and marketing terms. And so we re-branded their business and put in place a new media strategy. We now do all their press and radio advertising and deal with local printers and sign makers on their behalf. As a result, they have more time to spend on their business and customers. They also continue to give the new competition a run for their money.
