It’s not every day you get the chance to look back on 20 years in business – and it was a pleasure to do just that recently when one of our Directors, Dan Jensen, joined Mary O’Neill on WLR’s The Hot Desk.
With Passion for Creative celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the conversation was an opportunity to reflect on where the business started, some of the key milestones along the way, and how both the agency and the creative industry have changed over the past two decades.

From the early days of graphic design and traditional print communications to the world of websites, digital platforms, social media and, more recently, AI, the tools we use have changed dramatically. What hasn’t changed is the importance of understanding people, communicating clearly and creating work that has a genuine purpose.
Dan also talked about how Passion for Creative has evolved from a traditional creative agency into the strategic brand and digital partner it is today, working with organisations across the community, healthcare and private sectors.
Twenty years in business is a significant milestone, but it’s also a reminder that the journey never really stops. We’re continuing to learn, adapt and embrace new technologies while staying true to the values that have shaped Passion for Creative from the beginning: creativity, collaboration and a genuine commitment to our clients.
A big thank you to Mary O’Neill and everyone at WLR for having Dan on The Hot Desk – and for giving us the opportunity to reflect on 20 years of Passion for Creative.
