If you have a business (or any organisation), you need a website; it’s as simple as that. As a sales, marketing and administration tool, it’s the best investment you can make. It’s always working for you and is never sick.
We can design the right website for your business, be it a simple online brochure that you can edit yourself or a complete online store where your customers can order and pay online. We can discuss your options and advise you accordingly.

All our websites come with the following features as standard:
1. WordPress Content Management System
This allows you to edit the website yourself, after it goes live. You don’t need any coding or technical skills. You just need the login details and an hour’s training, which we’ll provide. You’ll then be able to add pages, edit text, change images – quickly, easily and independently – you don’t to contact us every time.
We build most of our websites in WordPress which is the most popular CMS in the world. From a development perspective, it has a wide array of customisable tools and plugins, making it very scalable and future proof. From a user perspective, it has an intuitive editor, making it easy to edit and manage.
2. Initial Search Engine Optimisation
As part of the initial design and build, we create all the metatags. These consist of a unique title, description and set of keywords for each page on the website. If ongoing SEO is required, we can agree a work schedule as part of the post-launch service level agreement. In many cases, ongoing (paid-for) SEO is not necessary as there should be sufficient organic SEO through regular content updates and social media activity.
3. Responsive & Accessible Design
We will design your website for optimal viewing across different devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones) and the main browsers (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox etc.). We adhere to best practice with regards to user experience and user interface. We also comply with all EU data protection and GDPR regulations as well as relevant accessibility and security standards (including key WCAG and hosting protocols).
4. Content Editing & Insertion
When building the website, we will populate all the pages with the relevant content. We just need you to supply the initial content or links to sources where we can find it. We will then proof-read and finetune the content so that it reads well and works for Google. Depending on the circumstances, we also provide a full copywriting service where we write the content from scratch, weaving in the brand story and key selling points.
5. Stock Photography
Our fee includes stock photography as we have a professional subscription to a royalty-free resource called Dreamstime. If you require custom photography (or videography), we have a panel of professional photographers and videographers we recommend and would be happy to get you a quote and deal with them on your behalf.
6. Website Training
We provide 1 hour’s training on relevant aspects of the new website. It includes how to add/edit a page, upload images/videos etc. The training is provided online, preferably over Zoom, or in our office, whichever is most convenient to you. We recommend at least two people do the training, to allow for holiday and sickness cover.
Post-launch Service & Support
Once a new website is up and running, you have the option of signing up to a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our standard SLA entitles you to 1 hour per month of ongoing website support. The 12 hours can be spent in one go or over the full year, as required.
The SLA covers such tasks as WordPress queries, trouble shooting, SEO advice, Google Analytics, content editing, design changes, security checks etc. If you don’t wish to sign up to an SLA, that’s ok, you can just pay as you go for our services.
