Edge-Away

Project overview

The Edge-Away Smart Choices Young Voices Weapons Awareness Programme was developed over a two-year period by a passionate team committed to promoting community safety and supporting young people to make informed choices. Funded through the Community Safety Innovation Fund and supported by Healthy Ireland, the Probation Service, Chéim ar Chéim, Moyross Youth Academy and Limerick Children & Young People’s Services Committee, the programme works directly with young people involved in Youth Diversion and Probation Services across Limerick, Clare and Tipperary.

At its heart, Edge-Away is a trauma-informed, youth-centred programme designed around the lived experiences, ideas and voices of young people. Through workshops, discussions and interactive learning, participants explore decision-making, conflict, peer influence, personal safety and the consequences of weapon carrying.

We were proud to support this initiative by developing the Edge-Away visual identity, programme manual, website and promotional materials, helping create a professional and engaging platform for the programme as it continues to grow.

Choosing Passion for Creative was one of the best decisions we made for our project. They took the time to truly understand our project, our vision, and what we wanted to achieve, translating it into a brand identity and website that perfectly captured who we are. Their creativity, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect exceeded our expectations. Their passion truly lives up to their name, and their dedication, creativity, and professionalism set them apart. An absolute pleasure to work with, we would recommend Passion for Creative without hesitation.
