The brief was relatively straightforward. They wanted a website, but only a small one, because they didn’t have that much information to put on it. They just needed a quick overview of their key services and some contact details. It made sense therefore to design a simple one-page website with a few tabs and anchor links for easy navigation.
One-page websites are definitely the way to go for smaller companies or any business that doesn’t have the time, money (or quite frankly the need) for a larger website. They’re quicker and cheaper to build and a lot easier to pull together because you don’t have as much content or images to gather. They’re also neat and compact with fewer features so there’s less to go wrong.
