Oak Conflict Dynamics
The first thing we had to do was design their logo. Our preliminary design was a graphic depicting two opposing faces – one angry, one contented. As the name changed and they settled on OAK, a clever abbreviation of O’Kennedy And Kenny (the two directors) – we managed to morph the two faces into a tree, and hey presto, the new brand identity was born.
As it transpired, the oak tree was a fitting symbol for the new business and a nice icon around which to frame the name. The words “Conflict Dynamics” were added for search engine purposes, and as a nod to the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assessment tool which was developed in Eckerd College in the US and which they use as the bedrock of their work.
In the client's own words
The team at Passion was able to skilfully capture and portray our services in an accessible and engaging way. They were great to work with and extremely patient. We are delighted with the results which have contributed hugely to the development of our business and marketing strategy. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services and look forward to working with them again.
