Ag Eisteacht

Project overview

Ag Eisteacht is a Cork based training charity. They equip frontline workers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond effectively and sensitively to the needs of others. By providing new insights, they enhance people’s capacity to engage with confidence and listen constructively without feeling like they have to fix it.

They got in touch with us a few months ago via their PR agency and asked if we could help them refresh their brand style and develop a modern responsive website to showcase their training courses. It was a great project to work on and really got our creative juices flowing.

They initially contacted us to take a look at her website. After meeting them, we agreed that a brand refresh was really what they needed. The charity had come a long way since it was founded in 2001 and it was felt that the old logo and website no longer reflected the depth of their expertise and experience. They needed a new brand story, one that captured who they are, what they do, and why anyone should care.

When designing the new logo, we didn’t see any need to stray too far from the old logo as we wanted to remain true to the original. Our main objective was to modernise the design and make it more contemporary. As for the website, our main focus was to engage people from the moment they landed on the home page. We chose the line ‘We’re all ears’ very deliberately as it encapsulates what they do. We supported it with quirky images to further grab people’s attention.
