The main target audience of the new website are the families and carers of elderly people looking to move into a nursing home. Sometimes it’s planned so they have time to consider their options; other times it’s not and they need to move more quickly. Either way, they usually have lots of questions and are looking for answers.
From simple navigation to soft colours, we wanted to make the website as easy to follow and restful a space as possible. We wanted to put people at ease and give them the information they needed – quickly and easily. To help people see which nursing homes were available in their area, we designed an interactive map with full details of each location.
The website has been very positively received and continues to play a key role in their marketing strategy for future growth.
