Clondalkin Drug & Alcohol Task Force

Project overview

The Clondalkin Drug and Alcohol Task Force (CDATF) works to reduce drug-related harms to individuals, families and communities by working in partnership with key stakeholders in the community, voluntary and statutory sectors on the coordination and delivery of services. It is one of 14 task forces established by the Government as an area-based policy response to the concentration of problem drug use, poverty and social exclusion in specific areas in Ireland.

We came across them after we completed the new branding and website for SERDATF (South East Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force). They liked our approach to new projects and the fact that we recognise each drug and alcohol task force as unique entities, even if they share many of the same goals and services. They were great to work with – passionate about what they do and respectful of our insight.

We developed the website in close consultation with the client to ensure the content and imagery aligned with their local community. After all, there’s no point creating a nice website if it doesn’t ‘feel’ like theirs. All the photos, images and other content were carefully selected and vetted to ensure they spoke directly to the local audience, We built the website in WordPress and showed them how to update it themselves.

In the client's own words

I am delighted with all the work that Passion for Creative did on our company website. The whole team was very responsive to what we wanted and very supportive right through the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to work with a professional design outfit. Here at Clondalkin DATF, we are passionate about what we do so it's always great to work with others that share that passion.
