We wanted the website to portray a sense of homeliness and professionalism. It needed to feel both welcoming and competent, much like those who worked there. Aimed primarily at potential residents and staff, we wanted the information to be very clear and easy to find. Visually, there are lots of real-life photos of actual residents and staff which makes a big difference to the credibility and authenticity of the website and nursing home. It feels like a place you would be happy to live and work in.
