As we mentioned in the overview, the website needed to have a definite sales focus. The key objective was to get people to request a quote. We achieved this by simplifying the process and stripping away anything that wasn’t strictly necessary. There’s a page for each of the key areas (e.g. change of use, new builds) as well as customer care and client testimonials. There’s also lots of clean design and bright imagery to instil confidence and guide people along. The client was delighted with the outcome and the feedback from customers has been excellent.
