Project overview

Sliabh Medical Practice (formerly known as Rowe Creavin Medical Practice) is based in Waterford city. With new clinical leadership, the practice entered an important new chapter – creating an opportunity to establish a distinct identity while reassuring existing patients that the care and relationships they know remain at the heart of the practice. At Passion for Creative, our role was to help bring this new chapter to life through a considered brand identity and a new website.

A website designed around patients

The new website puts patients first, with clear navigation and straightforward access to GP services, appointments information, repeat prescriptions, useful forms and patient FAQs. The messaging reinforces continuity of care, while the overall approach gives the practice a clear, professional digital presence that supports both existing and prospective patients.

Healthcare branding needs to do more than look professional. It needs to build trust, communicate clearly and make essential information easy to find. BRANDING

The thinking behind the identity

Working with the name chosen by the practice, we developed a visual identity to reflect its meaning and values.
Inspired by the meaning of “Sliabh” – a mountain or elevated landscape – the curved lines symbolise life’s journey, with its natural ups and downs.
Blue conveys trust and professionalism, while green reflects health, growth and wellbeing.
The result is a calm, open and accessible identity designed for a modern healthcare practice.
