Finally, we set about re-designing their website, to make it easier for people to find the information they wanted, and of course, to showcase the new logo and brand story. Divided into clearly defined sections, the website allows people to register as a new patient, make an appointment, order a repeat prescription, view the surgery hours and lots more.
There’s also has a wealth of information about men’s health, women’s health, mental health etc. with links to the NHS and other resources. As for the imagery, we commissioned and directed a photo-shoot of the clinic along with patients, doctors and staff. It really adds to the vibrancy of the website and reinforces the key messages.

Working with Passion was a breeze. I simply told them our objectives and they did the rest. They designed the logo, arranged the photography, wrote the content, you name it.
