Once the new brand identity was agreed, we rolled it out across all media, beginning with their stationery items (business cards, compliment slips and letterheads) and then an advertising campaign for the local press and tube station. The campaign, which led with the headline “Healthcare, we have an APP for that” invited readers and passers-by to make an APPointment (see what we did there!) by telling them how local and convenient it was and reminding them that it catered for all their family needs. Bright and colourful, it was designed to look like a series of apps that might appear on a mobile device; very clean and easy to read.

Working with Passion was a breeze. I simply told them our objectives and they did the rest. They designed the logo, arranged the photography, wrote the content, you name it. I had very little to do, apart from giving my feedback and approving each stage. They were a delight to work with, very curious and creative, always asking questions and trying new things.
