Open Up
This website was a labour of love as it got interrupted by COVID and took longer than usual to complete. That said, everyone involved was fully committed, and when it finally went live, the response was universally positive. The key thing we wanted to achieve was to make it as easy as possible to find the information you’re looking for, whether you’re a young person, parent or friend, teacher or professional. We spent a long time deciding how to word and structure the various questions that would lead to the answers they needed. We also spent a long time choosing the right colours and photographs that would speak directly to the people involved and reassure them they were in a safe place.

We worked with Passion to create a new website to target young people primarily but with lots of add ons too. The feedback has been great since we launched it - people are very positive about the design, usability and overall feel of the website. The team in Passion really stuck with us to get everything just right and was very responsive to any edits we had along the way. The site is really straightforward to update which is great and we look forward to adding more content and features as we move forward.
