They already had a logo when they first contacted us, and were not unhappy with it. As we are not in the habit of changing things for the sake of changing things, we left the logo alone and simply incorporated the colour scheme into the website design.
It raises an interesting point about logos. Many people obsess about them, to the point that they can’t focus on their business. A logo is just a flag or a symbol, and while it’s important, it’s not the be-all and end-all. What matters more is the story behind it.
