Carlow Credit Union

Project overview

Carlow District Credit Union is a co-operative based financial institution, owned by the 26,000 members who save and borrow with them. Established in 1963, it has grown from strength to strength over the years. It has two branches – its head office in Askea, Carlow town and its sub office in Ballon, Co. Carlow, with more to follow as the pace of amalgamation picks up.

They approached us in 2016 having seen the work we’d done for other credit unions around Ireland. We really hit it off at our very first meeting, and within a matter of weeks, we were busy designing their new website and writing their marketing plan. We continue to work with them on a day to day basis, updating their website, designing their newspaper ads, co-ordinating their direct mail etc. etc.

We take care of all their print needs, from stationery items to press ads, leaflets to signage, welcome packs to direct mail. The key is to ensure the branding is consistent across all channels so that the customer receives a single message. That’s the reason it makes sense for one agency (such as ours) to do all the design work and print management. It keeps everything under one roof, with one creator and the same coordinator.
