An initial brainstorm with their board of directors and senior management team got everyone onside and energised. At the end of a lively exchange, we all agreed on the tagline ‘A Lifetime Together’. It neatly encapsulated what they stood for and the value they offered. When expanding it into a brand story, we articulated it as follows:
“At Tower Credit Union, we know all about life’s ups and downs, the expected and unexpected. It’s all about community, people like you helping people like you. For nearly 60 years we have grown from strength to strength, saving together and lending to each other.
We’re not here for profit or charity, we’re here for each other, a lifetime together.”
