Tower Credit Union

Project overview

Based in Dublin and established in 1962, Tower Credit Union is one of Ireland’s largest community credit unions with over 36,000 members drawn from a wide geographical area incorporating Clondalkin, Neilstown, Citywest, Rathcoole, Saggart, Newcastle and Greenhills. Like other credit unions, they wanted to increase their loan book but found it difficult to cut through the noise and differentiate their offering. They got in touch with us having seen the work we’d done for other credit unions around the country. It didn’t take long to establish a rapport and get down to business.

We often say to clients that the most impactful thing you can do is improve your signage. Tower Credit Union is fortunate to have its head office in a landmark building in the middle of Clondalkin. By designing bright and colourful signage for all their walls and windows, we transformed the outside of their building. The new messaging and design got people talking and turning heads, and it gave all their staff a real lift.

In tandem with the new signage, we designed a leaflet for distribution in the local community and a series of ads for the local newspapers. We continue to work closely with them as their outsourced marketing department, responding to their needs and advising them on communication strategy.
