Project overview

Dundrum Credit Union (now Capital Credit Union) is one of the largest credit unions in Ireland. Based in south Dublin, it has 6 branches and over 35,000 members.

They approached us in 2015, having seen the work we’d done for other credit unions around the country. Since then, we’ve worked with them on all aspects of their branding and marketing, culminating most recently in an extensive campaign across a wide range of media channels.

The reason the relationship has worked so well is because they understand the importance of strategic marketing and the creative process involved. From the day we met them, they’ve been open to new ideas and ongoing collaboration with their board, management and staff.

We design all their print items, including leaflets, fliers, signage, annual reports, direct mail etc. We also designed the welcome pack which they give to new members when they join. The pack consists of an outer presentation folder within which is a suite of inserts, one for each core product/service area, e.g. loans, savings, member services, online banking etc.
